Candidates and Officers may cancel their subscription packages within 3 days of purchase, provided that the package benefits (e.g., job applications, SMS credits, community access) have not been substantially used.
To request a cancellation, you must contact our support team at support@bdemployments.com or call our official hotline. Please provide your transaction ID and registered phone number.
If your cancellation is approved according to our terms, the refunded amount will be processed within 24 hours subject to verification. Note that a processing fee may be deducted from the total refund amount.
BD Employments reserves the right to cancel any user's access or package immediately if there is a violation of our Terms of Service or fraudulent activity is detected, without any prior notice or refund.
